Vector by default
Download an SVG that stays sharp at any size, a PNG for screens, or print straight to PDF. No watermark, no subscription.
Free QR code generator · No account · No upload
Design a QR code for a link, a menu, a contact card or a WiFi network. Ten content types, frames, colours and print-ready export. Everything is generated on your device.
The studio
Start with one of ten content types, then shape it. The preview updates as you type. Downloads are generated locally, in vector and raster.

Scan the preview with your phone, or use Test scan. Keep the quiet zone: it is part of the code.
Everything you need
The controls you actually use, built to produce a code that scans and prints. No account, no expiry, no watermark.
Download an SVG that stays sharp at any size, a PNG for screens, or print straight to PDF. No watermark, no subscription.
Pick foreground and background, or start from a preset. A contrast check warns you before a pretty idea becomes a code nobody can scan.
Square, rounded or dotted modules; square or rounded corners. Then wrap it in a card, badge or ticket frame with your own caption.
Drop in a PNG or JPG. The logo sits on a clean plate and error correction steps up to H, so the code keeps working around it.
Link, text, email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, WiFi, contact card, calendar event and map location. Every payload is built locally.
Generation runs in JavaScript on your device. There is no upload endpoint and no account. Open the network panel and watch it stay empty.

QRCanvas is a browser-based QR designer. The content you type is encoded by JavaScript in the tab, and the image is drawn by your browser. There is no backend to log it, because there is no backend.
That matters for WiFi passwords, private links and anything printed for a client. The page works offline once loaded, and the fonts are self-hosted: no third-party request carries your content.
Read the short answersHow it works
Three steps, no queue. The code is ready before the page finishes asking.
Paste a link, write text or fill in the WiFi details. The preview appears immediately.
Pick a preset, then adjust colours, modules, corners, logo and quiet zone.
Take the SVG for print or a PNG for screens. Scan it with two phones before it ships.
No upload, no cookies for tracking, no analytics on the studio. The code and the file never leave the tab. eneawork.it
FAQ
If something is missing, write on GitHub. The project is public and issues are welcome.
No. The QR code is generated in JavaScript inside your browser. There is no backend, no account and no analytics call attached to the content. You can check the Network panel while you type.
Link, plain text, email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, WiFi, a contact card (vCard), a calendar event and a map location. Each type builds a standard payload in your browser.
It rasterises the current code at three sizes and reads it back with a local QR decoder. If it fails, increase contrast, quiet zone or size. Always do one final scan on a phone and on the printed piece.
Use Print / PDF: the browser print dialog can save a vector PDF at the page size you choose. For professional print, the SVG remains the cleanest format.
No. These are static QR codes: the content is encoded in the pattern itself. They do not depend on a redirect service. If the destination changes, generate a new code and replace the printed one.
Use the SVG and scale it to the final size. Keep a quiet zone of at least 4 modules, print with enough contrast and test at real size. A link code should be at least 2 cm wide; a menu on a table is safer at 3–4 cm.
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG, and the code moves to error correction level H. Keep the logo under about 20% of the width, leave the quiet zone intact and scan the final file with two different phones.
Yes. There is no watermark and no licence fee. Print them on menus, cards, packaging and posters for yourself or for clients.
Once the page is loaded, yes. There are no runtime calls to a server. Fonts are self-hosted, so the page does not need Google Fonts or a CDN to render.
