Sharp at any size
No pixelation at 10 cm or 2 m. The printer uses the vector paths at its native resolution.
Vector QR code
An SVG is a vector file: it scales from a business card to a shop window without pixels. Use it for print, engraving, packaging and layouts.
A real code, generated with the studio.
Why it works
No pixelation at 10 cm or 2 m. The printer uses the vector paths at its native resolution.
Open the SVG in Illustrator, Figma or Inkscape to place it in a layout or adjust the colour.
The file is text and geometry, not a screenshot. It stays light and has no background noise.
The guide
Use SVG for print: offset, laser, screen printing and large formats. A PNG is enough for a screen, a slide or a social post at the size you export. QRCanvas exports both from the same design.
The SVG is a true vector file, not an image wrapped in an SVG. Keep the quiet zone, do not crop the file and do not recolour the background to transparent on a dark surface. For professional print, ask the printer whether they prefer SVG, PDF or EPS.
Yes. The modules are drawn as vector shapes, not embedded as a bitmap. It stays sharp when scaled.
Yes. The QR modules, eyes and frame are separate shapes and can be recoloured. Keep enough contrast and test the scan after editing.
For screens, slides, emails and social posts. PNG is also easier when a platform does not accept SVG. Print shops usually prefer SVG or PDF.
Yes. There is no watermark and no licence fee. Test the final print and keep the quiet zone.
